I love a good smoothie, especially after an awesome workout — it’s so refreshing! One of my favorite drinks to make for breakfast or an afternoon snack is a banana cinnamon smoothie. It’s super easy to make, good for you, and very tasty.
Below is a list of ingredients you will need:
Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup of Almond Milk
- 1-2 tablespoons of Organic Coconut Oil
- 4 teaspoons of Greek Vanilla Yogurt
- 3-4 Ice Cubes
- Cinnamon Powder
Directions:
Blend together the bananas, almond milk, organic coconut oil, Greek yogurt and ice cubes. Once mixed together, pour into a glass and add some cinnamon to top it off!
